We are experts in corn processing industry for more than 18 years.Our machines can process all kinds of corn grits and corn flour.The corn grits can be made of good beer and spirits, and the flour is used for tortillas,arepas, instant maize meal,snacks and other corn based products.Also we can provide comprehensive milling solutions for corn and final products around the globe.

The maize flour/meal processing includes 4 parts:
1.cleaning&peeling part: to remove all impurities mixed with the corn kernels and to hull the bran to ensure the final product quality.
2.crushing°ermination part:to remove the germ used in mading oil to get higher economic benefit(the part is not necesssary according to customers’requires)
3.milling part:to make crushed kernels into the flour and grits.
4.measuring&packing part:to make the final products bagged
