Introduction
Flour mill is the main equipment for milling flour. Mainly processed grains, it mainly relies on a pair of oppositely rotating grinding rollers to grind the maize grits into flour. The material is broken, sheared, peeled and scraped during work, so as to achieve certain grinding effect, each flour machine has independent transmission, feeding and grinding system. In the powder path, the different technical parameters of the skin, heart, slag and tail systems play their own functions.
Main Technology Process
Cleaning:First and important step for good quality maize flour. High efficiency vibrating sieve and gravity destoner will be adopted to remove various impurities and stones.
Shelling: Emery roller and iron roller will be combined together to get total peeled maize kernel ( some clients may pass this step for meeting the market needs and sametime reducing unit cost).
Crushing: Rough crushing from maize kernel to small grits, to reduce pressure for later flour mill.
Milling: Flour mill will be used for grinding the grits into fine flour. Quantity of mill is decided by capacity.
Sieving: Single-body or double-body plansifter is specially designed for sieving the flour to get 40mesh to 120mesh flour. 40mesh is the most common and popular flour fineness in local Africa market.
Packing: Packing box or automatic packing machine is alternative equipment for clients.
